Alizantil and his partner Elanza, teachers and instructors of the Cosmic Law and Wisdom are on a new mission in their space craft. They seek out Mandela a friend of Alizantil from previous incarnations, to receive the latest messages from the Brotherhood of Beings of the Great Galactic Order. These messages tell how earth is on a destructive course when viewed from the perspective of ecological devastation, war, greed, and sickness which increasingly consumes man’s energy.

But man’s fate is only predetermined in the direction he desires and here, the positive answers to avoid future cataclysmic destruction are urgently relayed.

Gliding swiftly through the heavens,
on a pre-selected highway
in the grand Galactic Vortex,
the majestic Stellar-Liner
was proceeding on its Mission
to a minor Solar System;
in which an evolving Planet
was in danger of mutation
prematurely, being triggered
by the wanton free will action
of a portion of the Peoples
domiciled upon its surface.

Time and time again, the pattern
of procedure changed but little
over many thousand decades
under Cosmic supervision,
and the guidance and instruction
of those chosen for this purpose.
Peoples of this little Planet
would, in time, become proficient
in the many crafts and cultures
appertaining to the progress
of the race, or of the nation,
and with each step slowly taken,
more advanced techniques and methods
would be introduced, ‘invented’
or ‘discovered’, for the purpose
of promoting self-reliance
in the place of mass-dependence
on the expertise of others,
who had come as guides and as teachers
to show the road to follow,
that would lead to peace and plenty
and a deeper understanding
of the Laws and their purpose.

So it was, and is recorded
in the records of Akasha
many nations rose and prospered
living by the laws provided,
to become the moral guidelines
of the earthly lives and conduct,
of all who would hear the teachings
given by their Elder Brothers
and their Sisters, from afar-off
worlds, and regions of the Spirit,
where the welfare of another
is of paramount importance
irrespective of the species
or the level of ascension.

It is with regret and sorrow
that we see within the records
repetition of the errors
made by man upon this Planet,
whereby nations that had risen
to great heights in their achievements
due to use of Cosmic Forces
and of other scientific
methods, which had been entrusted
to their care and supervision
later came to use these powers
to obtain by force and warfare
the possessions of their neighbors.

Greed, and a desire for power
by the ones who were entrusted
with administrative duties
and the making of decisions,
then eroded the foundations
upon which their Nation rested,
till this weight of greed and evil
forced the weakened moral fibers
of the polished stone foundations,
to abandon their resistance
and succumb to increased pressure
which resulted in the downfall
of the Nation and its People.

Those who sought to hold together
the foundation stones and pillars
laid millenniums beforehand
by the messengers and teachers
from the distant worlds and systems,
had received a prior knowledge
of effects that were to follow
in the wake of many causes,
that they might preserve the wisdom
and the knowledge of the Ancients,
in those more secluded places
(not affected in the chaos
caused by cataclysmic forces);
so that future generations
rising from the dust and ashes
may be given the prescription
or the formula, for making
mortar, that would hold together
bricks for building new foundations,
upon which the future Nations
may securely rest and prosper.

The ingredients we speak of
are those used in the construction
of the great foundation pillars
upon which the mighty Cosmos
is, and has been and shall ever
be, and function as perfection –
they are LOVE and TRUTH and
KINDNESS, PEACE and HAPPINESS, united
in HARMONIOUS existence.
Sadly, and with much reluctance
we must state that foreign substance
of a weak, corrosive nature
has been introduced, replacing
those ingredients of proven
durability, resulting in the bricks
of short duration and which surely break and
crumble, causing misery and chaos
as the buildings crash and tumble
in a pile of useless rubble,
on foundations built of hatred,
war, corruption, greed and anger.

Every Nation, through the ages
that has risen up in ‘greatness’
(if we may use this expression –
though it is a false presumption),
in technology and science
then, in error, used this power
to deprive, enslave or plunder,
or force warfare onto others
has, in truth, without exception
crumbled, back to dust and ruins,
or has been engulfed by waters.

Some will say that God is wrathful,
wreaking vengeance on His people
for their willful violation
of the Laws He has provided.
If man seeks a truthful answer
to this all-important question,
let him stand before the mirror
of his many incarnations
where he then will see the causes
of the current Earthly problems.

Prior to each devastating
cataclysmic change or ending
of an age, or of an era,
those who came as supervisors,
teachers, seers and advisors,
warned of what must surely follow
if the path that had been chosen
was continued to be followed;
for they saw with clearer vision
past events that shaped and molded
pictures well into the future.

If the warnings that were given
by the seers and the prophets
went unheeded by the leaders
and the peoples of these Nations,
certain action to be taken
would be ascertained and chosen
by the ‘Ones Who Sit In Council’,
after great deliberation
on the problems of this Planet
in relation to the progress
of all who reside upon it.
O, what needless pain is suffered
on this lovely garden Planet,
due to ignorance and wanton
desecration and destruction
of that which is good and wholesome,
pure and clean and beneficial
for the Planet and Her Children.

These, and many other problems were
discussed by Alizantil
and his friends and fellow workers
relevant to this, their Mission,
in this portion of the ‘heavens’
of the great Galactic System,
as they neared their destination
which was in the outer regions
of the swirling Stellar Vortex,
where a little star was coursing
on her allocated pathway
with her family of Planets,
closely held within the limits
of her aural-emanations,
lest they deviate and follow
paths marked ‘No Return Permitted’.

Seated in the spacious lounge room
of the Inter-Stellar-Liner,
was a group of friends from Outer
Worlds, beyond the outer limits
of this minor Solar System
of which Earth – an inner planet –
was in urgent need of guidance
from the path of self-destruction.

“You must be surprised, Manelda
by this unexpected meeting,
and by our request to see you
with but little prior notice
being given; but forgive us,
for the need is surely urgent
if much suffering and chaos
is indeed to be avoided.”
This is Alizantil speaking
to their Brother whose arrival
they had eagerly awaited.
“This is true”, replied Manelda,
“though I had, of course, expected
to have contact in some manner
in the not too distant future,
owing to the utter chaos
now prevailing on this Planet,
due to cumulative causes
piling one upon another.
Now the avalanche has started
with the pile at last, collapsing
in a tangled heap of debris.”

“But it’s great to be here with you,
with you all, in peace and friendship,
where the wars, the greed and anger
seem to be a frightful nightmare
from which one has just awakened.
Elanasta briefly mentioned
as we journeyed in the scout craft
to this rendezvous or meeting,
that there was to some extent an
air of urgency prevailing
in relation to the purpose
of that which must be accomplished,
if the work we are engaged in
is indeed to prove successful.”

“This is quite correct, Manelda,
and it is with consternation
that the Ones Who Meet In Council
see the rapidly declining
prospects for the self-emergence
from the state of utter chaos
now prevailing on this Planet
without drastic intervention
coming from eternal sources.”

Alizantil thus continued
speaking, with great understanding
of the problems of the Earth plane
and of those who dwelt upon it;
not condemning, nor condoning
deeds of ignorance or folly,
though there was a certain sadness
in the eyes of one whose presence
had an aura of compassion,
and of love for all around him
in the whole of All Creation.

“We must never judge another
for we do not have the wisdom
to perceive in every detail
every single contribution
of his past lives appertaining
to that which was built, or molded;
who, and what he is this moment,
as to character and Spirit.”

“Would one, who has never hungered,
judge with pious indignation
some poor homeless little orphan
who would steal a tempting morsel
from his richly laden table?
Now Manelda, in relation
to the query in your statement
with regard to certain action
that is being contemplated,
if, and when the need arises:
Yes, the ‘Red Alert’ is showing
on the monitor-computers,
scrutinizing information
coming from the planet Terra,
which is, at this very moment
in a state of greater peril
than it has been since inception
as a thought-created-vortex.
Certain vital information
must be given now, my Brother
to all people on this Planet
in the hope that those who hear it
will believe and act upon it,
to bring sanity and reason
in the place of fear and conflict.”

“We may not have any further
opportunities of being
garnered, as we are together
to discuss these vital matters,
for each day and hour and minute
brings us just a little nearer
to the when Man’s decisions
are of paramount importance
to the future of the Planet
and of every soul upon it.”

“Major nations are increasing
their potential for destruction
to such terrible proportions,
that they could at any moment
devastate the entire Planet,
if such action was permitted
to indeed be undertaken
without Cosmic intervention.”

“You will know by now, Manelda
from our previous discussions,
that it is not our intention
to be known as ‘Doomsday Prophets’
or ‘Alarmists’ by the people
of this lovely little Planet,
but of course, it is the duty
of the Brotherhood to gather
truth and vital information,
then, with extreme care and wisdom,
pass down, in proportion, only
to the ‘grading’ of the pupils
that which has been calculated
to ‘up-grade’ recipients, who
choose to heed the words of guidance.”

“Much of what is being given
through a steadily increasingly
number of inspired channels
in these days of global tension,
is already known to ‘science’.”

“But the tragic truth, Manelda,
is that much that should be given
to the People, whose subscriptions
finance the investigations,
has been kept in closely guarded
vaults, and other secret places,
for no other valid reason
than the fact that those in power
can control their ‘puppets’ only
by preventing truth and knowledge
from obtaining mass acceptance.”

“We have some surprises for you,
as we have much information
which could prove so beneficial
to mankind, if used correctly,
but the records show so clearly
that, for many diverse reasons
Man has always proved reluctant
to accept that which is given
by the Brotherhood and Others,
for his spiritual guidance,
and prefers to follow signposts
promising remuneration
and a life of ease and comfort.”
