As given by a Templar Seer On The Future of Atlantis

Dear ones, because of unexpected recent revelations, it is has become most necessary for this gathering here tonight, that I have wisdom and advice from the Light of Spirit. Therefore I shall silently make my wants known as soon as we enter the Silence, and I desire you all to heed the Vision, or the Voice, perhaps both, which may come to us here. Since entering this sanctuary in advance of you I have felt the vibrations of the nearness of a Presence, which I trust is waiting to guide me through the tortuous maze which has been opened before me; and which the emperor Atlas has seen fit to make me enter, to lead his people forth from confusion. I accept the burden, but I ask you for cooperation tonight. I may enter a trance state and not remember all the Spirit will say to us, but you will be alert and remember, should I become unconscious.

Beloved Children, Qoka speaks to you. I am he that was sent to your earth plane a time aback, to address the people in the Temple of Neptune, at the time of the convocation. I then warned all of the swiftly oncoming doom of the world, unless you returned to the recognition of the Law of One. My warnings failed of their loving intent. Now I am come to you few faithful ones to urge the accomplishment of certain unpleasant duties, which must be fulfilled without delay.

Before I mention such temporal conditions, however, let me affirm, and will you all assist by becoming one with me in this vibration, for all the earth to hear, and those who will to receive, the Truth voiced now.

Oh, my People! Hear my Voice: it speaks to all who have ears to hear; who have eyes to see; who have hearts to love:

To every earnest seeker for the Light of Truth there is revealed within the spiritual consciousness of every one an effulgent radiance which is the real self—it is all there is of YOU. It is at times known as the Inner Shrine, for it is pure Spirit, and is the eternal contact of your individual being with that of the Infinite.

This radiance is the sanctuary of the Holy of Holies, the heaven of the soul. It is the Light that shineth unto a perfect day. The Light which no man should hide under the cover of his flesh, and believe his body to be all there is for him to care and nourish. It is the “I AM, the Light that cometh into the world that ye may have more Light.” It is the Light which attendeth every man that cometh into the world.

This Light permeates all substance, because it is the Essence and the Principle of all creation. Hence, this radiance, Beloved, when meditated upon in the Silence, will create more Love, more Life, more of all spiritual conditions for you. The rays of this spiritual aura shining from the Inner Shrine of your being, which is the home of God, reaches out to all, regardless of race or creed, and guides them heavenward. And for you it reaches to the uttermost parts of the universe—of which there is no end, since all is progression—contacts every idea, every desire, every thought, every interest and affair in your experience of life, and by such contact it creates for you that which you Will: If you will inharmony and sensuous experiences in your sanctuary of Spirit, then you attract those conditions in your life on earth, and the following planes. If you will spiritual and harmonious experiences, by heeding only the good and true and lovely ideals, then you bring heaven into your life upon earth.

The Law of One, which is the One Power, the One Science, the One Life, the One Love, the One Substance of the Creative Light ever-shining from within Its Own Consciousness, is the the Cause and the Effect of inspiration, demonstration, externalization and manifestation, since It is the seed within itself, as well as the flower and fruit of the tree.

YOU have this Light. Every man that cometh into the world hath the Light within, but how little hath he known of, or lived by it! Every created manifestation on earth hath this Light, for only by Spirit doth Life live, doth Love love, doth substance subsist. All creation allows this Light to express Itself freely through its own manifestation on earth, but Man alone checks the circulation of the Spirit, thereby preventing his best demonstration of peace, happiness and advancement.

Beloved, you have been taught, thousands of years before my coming to Atlantis, to understand and express this Law of One, the Light of the Inner Shrine in your sanctuary of Spirit within. You have for ages past daily meditated in silence, and in your fervent at-one-ment of the I, been inspired with the greatest ideals, the highest wisdom. And these have manifested themselves for you, and your famous race, in the very apex of civilization on earth planes.

By giving the Law of One power to govern through the Sages and Seers of the Circle of the Inner Shrine, you have uplifted the human race to such pinnacles of progress that they are second only to the dwellers upon the next plane of spiritual consciousness. Because the Atlanteans from earliest times knew the great secret of Light, it was the Law to often enter into the closet and commune with the Creator in secret. Because they believed in One, and applied Its Law to solve every problem and plan on earth, they harmonized the physical, material, mental, and spiritual forces so that only perfect externalizations could result.

All honor is due the creative Law of One for the great wisdom, the fame and the marvelous civilization thus far achieved for man on earth. But, my children, hearken to my warnings: Even as this great nation became a back sliding People, and its own attraction of evil forces brought about the First Deluge, of well nigh 800,000 years ago; then recovered its faith in the Law of One, and ascended once more to spiritual power, only to fall again in the evil that ended in the Second Deluge of 200,000 years ago; then to rise from the ashes of that cataclysm to vow faith in the Law of One, until evil ran rife again over the earth, and brought about the Third Deluge of 80,000 years ago, so shall you attract again the awesome experiences to the earth, by ignoring the creative principle of the Law of One, and dwelling in the false sense of security of mundane life.

My People, you have for centuries past battled against the evil forces of envy and hate in the world. Because of your honor, riches and fame, as much as for the control and government over most nations of earth, you have been thinking that this is due to your own wisdom and power. This is not true! Without your communion in the Inner Shrine, there would never have been any wonder manifestation. Be recognition and daily radiation of the Light within, your spiritual I has consciously progressed and expressed the best and highest attainments for yourselves.

As you well know, this Light of the Law of One shines as the sun in the heavens—the sun shines alike upon the manifestations of life upon the earth sphere, yet it is not conscious of its rays, that give warmth and love and life to materials upon earth. It is not aware of any personal demand made by one, nor can it shine more upon one life, then upon another on the earth, since all have it freely. But you can prevent the sun rays from reaching you with their force of health and life and energy and vitality for the physical system, by shutting the light out and away from you. The more you cover yourself and the more you darken your chamber, that the sunlight shall not penetrate to you, the less you receive of that Light.

So it is with your Light of Spirit within. It Shines forever, in everything, and everywhere, but man can so cover his consciousness, by ignoring the communion of the Spirit with his soul self that no Law may work for him. The Law shines on and produces eternally and impartially forever and ever, yet it must be applied by each one in order to utilize Its Life, and Love, and Substance.

It is the One and Only parent of creation, both here and there. It is infinite Substance, that meets every desire and ideal, but the individual must draw upon its One Source, to be able to express his Will in manifestation.

It is the One and Only Science, my People; because all lesser sciences have sprung from this eternal fountain of Light. In the beginning all was void, until the Spirit said “Let there be Light. Then there was Light!” This mystical phrase explains itself, Beloved.

It is the eternal Life, hence there is no death. The Law of One, being your life-light, can never be extinguished, or separated from its own Source, Spiritual Light of a creative principle.

It is Love, hence it cannot produce the opposite misinterpretation of Love, known to you as hate, or any falsity of belief.

It is Truth, and Truth never lies, nor can It fall to earth.

It is Substance, whence cometh every good and perfect gift, for the Source of spiritual Substance is forever flowing and supplying every desire. It is the consciousness within man that causes the manifestation of the Law’s perfect plan.

It is the Creator, and the Created, as well as all Creation, because It never can be divided, nor set apart, nor sundered from Its own. It is the inside, as well as the outside of the vessel; and ye all understand that your Light in the Sanctuary, ever shining without end in your Inner Shrine, is that Law which has created not only your mind, soul and spiritual being, but also the vessel itself, and all that is permeated and impregnated by your individual radiation of Its eternal Light.

People of Atlantis, hearken to my warnings!

I have spoken heretofore of the Law of One, and Its Light ever shining in creation and the created, because I would have all understand this which follows:

There is a spiritual process termed “chemicalization,” that begins when a new soul starts upon its way to work out further salvation upon the earth plane. This groping for light, and the ensuing grasp upon the Law in Spirit, guides that soul to its destination on earth—the place it attracts for itself that it might improve itself for advancing planes of life and expression. By taking to itself the Light, it forever holds that Light which nothing can extinguish, for the individual ray of that Light becomes a radiance of itself, and the ray and the radiance cannot be, and never is separate from the center of Light. Who shall say there is a center or a circumference of the sun! It is its own center and its own rays, all a Law of One! Now we have the individual expression of Spirit of creation, a man.

Then follows the soul, which is that principle responsible for the individual’s being, manifested that others might see and recognize him. The soul produces personal character, construction of a body vehicle, self-expression, human environment, race inheritance, physical conditions, and the subconsciousness of life, love, and all other qualities and faculties that go to form the mind of man.

Next comes the body, or the human vehicle of an individual. It is merely the instrument, the machine, the manifested cover of the Light. It is the residence for Spirit, the temple of One, the casket in which dwells the actual essence of one’s being conscious. The body is affected in its work and its results for either good or evil experiences by the forces expressed by the soul within. But the soul in turn is affected by the spirit that ruleth within, that spiritual light that comes from the perfect central Light at the point of contact in each being.

Heed this, Beloved: All inharmonious conditions and experiences are negative-negation—hence they do not receive the Substance of the Creator, to continue to live and endure. The Law of One has no contact with negation. Negative experiences must perforce be only beliefs which are false, since they are negations of a Law of Good, of a positive creator. Therefore, all negative conditions and experiences can be dissolved by you and replaced by positive creative good, by using the Light radiating within, from the Inner Shrine of the Law of One. Commune with this Light in order to establish perfection, infinite good, eternal heaven for yourself.

Troublesome traits, inherited ills and problems, undesirable conditions and environments come into an individual’s life work, in order to develop his character and urge him to radiate more Light out to the universe. To accomplish this progress and growth, one must never shine from the body, the soul or the mind of the man, but only from the unobstructed radiance of Spirit-Light within the Shrine. By taking every problem and plan into this sanctuary and placing it under the full shining of Spirit, only good and harmonious expression can come forth.

In the Reality, my children, nothing is aback of any problem, any object, and experience—be it mental, physical or financial—other than the Law. The Law is never evil, perverted or partial. It is cognized by the mind of man; and the soul, (sometimes known as the conscience) since it is conscious of good and evil (in the negative), as it applies such recognition to demonstration.

The Law of One, being an exact and infinite and creative Science, is naturally the Cause and Effect of Creation. Consequently, Beloved, it is your error, if you do not learn of this Law. It is your loss if you do not commune daily and often with this creative Law that holds all within Itself. It is your failure, if you follow the physical senses, which were meant only for cognition of mundane experiences, and not for sensuous indulgences. It is your body that you crucify, by not giving It a channel through which to operate in the universe. It is your rich inheritance that is being squandered when you do not permit the spiritual sense to govern and guide you. It is your folly when you turn your back upon the wisdom and understanding which is forever waiting to be tapped within your sanctuary. It is your life that you give to a sense of death, by not laying hold of the verity of Infinite and Eternal Life within your own Shrine of Spirit. It is your progress and advancement which will be delayed and made to return and learn anew of earth life, unless you begin here to unfold your consciousness to life beyond, and begin to learn of and comprehend the spiritual Law of One, operating upon the earth, upon all the planets and stars of the uttermost realms of creation, and, hear me! upon every spiritual plane of life after you leave the short span of experience on the earth—the first step on the ladder!
