Walter Russell was born in Boston, Massachusetts, May 19th, 1871. He was known for his achievements as a painter, sculptor, author and builder and less well known as a natural philosopher and for his unified theory in physics and cosmogony.

He posited that the universe was founded on a unifying principle of rhythmic balanced interchange. This physical theory, laid out primarily in his books The Secret of Light (1947) and The Message of the Divine Iliad (1948–49), has not been accepted by mainstream scientists. Russell asserted that this was mainly due to a difference in the assumptions made about the existence of mind and matter; Russell assumes the existence of mind as cause while he believes that scientists in general assume the existence of mind as effect. Potential Power Energy Ideas To Explore

Something that has been missed in this “energy condition” is the ability for a regenerative self sustaining action to occur within our electrical systems. Mother Nature shows us this in its seemingly perpetual growth cycle of seed to flower, day to night.

As we run a physical electrical energy generator system we activate on this plane a force of energy not realizing in this “cause and effect” physical law that there is a deeper abstract layer of invisible energy forces that are also activated.

A well known problem we face in electrical power generation is that no matter how much energy force is used to supply our systems as an input power the output will remain less or opposite to the amount of energy force applied. A known law of “conservation of energy”. However if we take this law and apply it towards an inter-dimensional understanding of energy then we find a different relationship that we can arrive at. The Magnevex™ Research Project

Any course of research into our modern day sciences should include such materials that incorporate the Inter-dimensional study of energy/oneself/spirit and the Physics of the Electromagnetic Spectrum. The research chapters listed [below] were used to develop the concept of the Magnevex (the Magnetic Vortex). They have given me a glimpse into this living universal energy system.

As an explorer and researcher into the understanding of self and spirit, I have found that any conclusions about the outside physical world must contain this “inner principle/or laws” that govern its expression. “The Magnevex Research Project” has been one means of looking into this natural pattern. As we go through our daily life, sometimes we forget that life is electrical and that nothing is created or destroyed but only changes whether it is physical (third dimensional) phenomena or into and out of other dimensions (fourth dimensional and above) or what we would call the worlds of spirit. We just don’t have the senses to see into those dimensions but just because we can’t see it doesn’t mean they are not there. As we are well aware our senses are based on a very limited span of the electromagnetic spectrum.

This also applies to space phenomena as well, particularly asteroids, comets, and meteors, for instance. They represent good examples of an electrically-based universe of which we only see the occasional physical results; that is the interaction of these cosmic fireballs with our earth, and other solar system objects; their electrical discharge producing common planetary surface features which defy conventional meteor impact theory. Frequency & Electromagnetic Spectrum

Frequency is defined as “rate of vibration,” a cyclical fluctuation of energy, over time, between certain values. The greater the rate of vibration, the higher the frequency. (The higher the frequency, the denser the particle and the less the heat, as heat is associated with the longer waves nearer the red end of the spectrum; this principle is applicable to everything in the created universe). Dutch physician Dr. J. Postma has noted that, since Einstein, we have known that energy and matter are but two different aspects of a single, unknown reality, that matter and energy are quantitatively different manifestations of one fundamental phenomenon, viz. vibration. We know too that there is only one law of vibration, whether the field is electromagnetic (as in radio waves), or mechanical (as in sound), or nuclear (as in sub-atomic particles). Hence, frequency, a rate of vibration, is peculiar to everything that is — every manifest entity in the universe has its own rate of vibration. (more…)

Introduction

A water motor, as opposed to a positive-displacement water engine, was a small Pelton-type water turbine, often driven from a domestic tap; these were used for many light tasks, such as driving centrifuges and stirrers in chemical laboratories or running sewing machines. Like water engines, they were eventually displaced by electric motors.

There is nothing particularly unusual about a Pelton turbine, but their use for providing small amounts of domestic power seems to be virtually forgotten. Hence this gallery of the museum. Within each section the exhibits are in as close to chronological order as I can get. (more…)
