“Mention has been made of Einstein’s “Theory of Relativity”, and such attendant mathematical concepts which would relate to a more factual understanding of not only the mean differences of the speed of light in free space, but other factors such as the ‘red shift’, etc., could also be more easily understood. The fat being in the fire, therefore, let us proceed: First, man and his science and in its derivatives has mistakenly looked out into the starry skies and seen what he thought was a vacuous space with tremendously long distances between the heavenly bodies which he calls stars. He is quite mistaken in this vacuous space belief. Man does not have sensory equipment to discern what space is, no more than he has sensory equipment to discern a television wave, which is streaming through his space about the places where he lives, and he supplements this lack by discerning television waves through a receiver. However, he has, at this time, neither physical sensory equipment nor the electronic mechanical equipment to discern space.

If a scientist takes an empty jar and sealing it perfectly, extracts all the air molecules from within the jar, he believes he has a perfect vacuum; this is untrue. He has only extracted the nitrogen and oxygen molecules which comprise his atmosphere; he has not extracted the fourth-dimensional plasma which supports and makes possible the continued life of the atom molecule combinations which comprise the jar. So despite its apparent transparency, or that it is space, it is, nevertheless, extremely and compactly filled with energy plasma, as has been described to be oscillating in cyclic motions and at incomprehensible speeds!

It is this frequency which makes it invisible and undetectable, for any man-made instruments which he might make in an attempt to discern or measure this plasma would be quite useless as he could not attain a proper range within the vibrating range of this cosmic plasma.

Now any light which travels through this so-called space does so by virtue of the conductivity of this plasma. The analogy here can be made by the familiar ‘stone in the pond’ demonstration; energy from the stone radiates away from the point of impact by pushing water molecules up and down. In space, light travels through the media of plasma by means of frequency attunement and reversal. All light waves travel as positive and negative polarities. In free space, either directly or by harmonic attunement, a light wave travels forward, first as, a negative to positive in similar plasma oscillating frequencies.

Now if this plasma is contracting or expanding, the speed of light will vary according to the polarity indications in the transmissions. As has been stated, in all fourth-dimensional vortexes this energy plasma is constantly expanding and contracting. As the earth is a negative terminus from positive impulsions, light, therefore, approaching the earth would appear to be traveling faster than it really was. In other words, it was being carried forward by positive-negative induction. Moreover, different light frequencies — as in incoherent light — would be affected differently, according to inductive ratios. This would show up on a spectrographic analysis as a ‘red shift’, if the light from an extremely distant star-sun were being analyzed, according to a third-dimensional earth-world analysis.

There are several theories floating about, none of them correct, as to why this red shift exists. A further analysis and study of the inductive ratio in the plasma of space will explain why the galaxy or universe seems to be expanding. It simply means that as light from distant stars is viewed and that it is not being received at the earth terminus at its earth-measured speed (186,000 mps), that it then becomes a cosmic illusion, or as Einstein said, relative.

Conversely, light traveling from our sun to some distant planet would also erroneously be measured, if the science had not developed to a point where such values could be compensated for.

Let us make an analogy: If a man stands on a treadmill which is turning, he may be running very rapidly but getting nowhere. Now suppose rotating screens painted with familiar landscape figures were drawn by him, an illusion would be created whereby he would think he was running very fast. Then, if suddenly the direction of the treadmill were reversed, he would be going forward at twice the speed he could normally run, and the landscape would be flying by at four times the former speed. The entire analogy illustrates the movement of light through space in respect to our position here on earth, and that negative energy is moving inwardly toward us, thus apparently slowing down the speed of light.

It would also explain, in theory, why a man traveling at the speed of light through space would take four years to reach the nearest star, but ten years to return. Figuring out this concept may be quite confusing to third-dimensional minds, and it should be said, it is equally confusing to any astronomer or astrophysicist who attempts to measure distances in the galaxy or universe according to static third-dimensional conditions. The speed of light upon the surface of the earth was determined by measuring light impulses electronically timed through a straight pipe one mile long, and was done without any knowledge of the plasma media involved.

In the so-called vacuum of space, and traveling according to its frequency and polarity, and affected in its transition by the magnetic stresses, expansion or contraction, the speed of light is greatly variable. If it is to be equated on any third-dimensional consensus, and any hypothesis or theory which involves time merging with space, as in a relative theory, it is also erroneous. Time and space      are valuable and a conductive asset of life only in the third dimension — the beginning of man’s evolution, and was so conceived in Infinite Intelligence as a beginning point in the development of man’s consciousness and which would be meaningful to him wherein he could induct all life experiences in the necessity of his evolution.

Conversely, any evolution beyond the third dimension must be developed in a higher consensus of consciousness wherein all factors and elements of life are inductive on the basis of frequency rather than at a time or place, and with all attendant reactionary emotions and their subsequent impulses.

Thus it is, this spaceless, timeless Infinity which is ahead of you, spaceless in the sense there is no ending and timeless in its eternity.

Up until now, we have discussed light and the transmissions of light, both in the third and the fourth dimensions, and have made comparative differentials in the nomenclature and basic frame of reference of factors known to the earth scientist. However, here again it must be repeated: Energy motions, wave forms, as are heat, light, etc., are nonexistent! Such energy transmissions as wave forms in a third-dimensional science are always determined as such, through a resistive element. It is a physical law that energy must always be in motion; if it is static energy, that is, temporarily contained, it is, nevertheless, in motion and oscillates. Heat is a conversion of energy into other wave forms as well as molecular absorption which again reacts in an oscillating fashion, re-creating other wave forms in this energy conversion.

The stone thrown into the pond is an energy conversion. Water molecules absorb the energy by moving up and down. The water is a resistive factor and gradually, through function, inertia, etc., completely absorbs this energy.

An airplane flying at 40,000 feet and at speeds above 700 mph generates a shock wave of sound. Air can conduct sound only at a given speed. If a sound source travels through air above this conductive speed, a compressed sound wave, or package of sound is built up comprised of all the vibration produced by the airplane. This sound wave will then be conducted away from the aircraft and at the conductive rate normal to the atmosphere. This sound wave reaching the earth creates what is known as a sonic boom, in the conversion of energy from sound into the motions which rattle windows, shake walls, etc. Very often the plane has disappeared from sight before the sound wave strikes the earth.

However, in the plasma of the fourth dimension, conditions are different in many respects and that any energy called light traveling through this plasma does so, not as an energy wave through a resistive-element, as did the sound from the aircraft, or the energy from the pebble through the water. An energy wave from a given source travels through the fourth-dimensional plasma on an inductive basis, as previously described, and does not become embroiled in any resistive factors unless there are differences in the magnetic structures such as that which surrounds the earth, and it is the differences in these magnetic structures within the magnetic spectrum which so surrounds a planet and which converts or absorbs energy sources such as are radiated from a sun — a differential between the third and fourth dimension.

The astronomer of today through telescopes, optical and electronic, believes he has received light and energy impulses from star sources several billion light years distant, which means that as he now views a certain star, he is looking at the star as it was a billion or so years ago. This difference is then multiplied by the light speed (186,000 mps) to obtain the mileage figure. Of course, the astronomer believes he is viewing the terminating end of a light frequency just as he would look at any familiar earth world object; he does not actually see this object, but sees only the terminating ends of a group of wave forms of energy which have been reflected from the surface of the object. So again, seeing is another illusion, a process we have described elsewhere: light waves meeting the resistive phosphorous elements in the cones and rods of the eye retina, etc.

And so life on earth — and to repeat — is an illusion as it is supposed to exist by every human, and is reducible into the transmission and inception or the regeneration of wave form energies. Because man has no suitable sensory equipment to determine a fourth-dimensional consensus, he is, then, not rightfully in any position to properly evaluate the fourth-dimensional cosmos which surrounds him and makes life possible for him on his little planet. With his third-dimensional knowledge and equipment, he has obtained only an ant’s view of the cosmos and he should desist from taking a pragmatic stand in his third-dimensional consensus.

All sciences of the earth world are still singularly primitive even in a third-dimensional analysis and when compared in retrospection with the Infinite Cosmos, his position becomes singularly ludicrous. It is therefore the appeal being made through these liturgies and by the higher life agencies, that the earthman should become more open-minded in his search for knowledge in which he believes he could begin at the beginning and foresee the more ultimate.

And so as he views some distant star-sun he does not know about the mechanics involved in the transmission of that energy across, what he believes to be, a vast distance of so many light years. He does not know that in this transmission he is not viewing the star as it was a billion years ago, but is actually viewing it as it is now, for this is the quality and function of fourth-dimensional energy transmissions and that any energizing energy source so interconnected, harmonically speaking, with the fourth-dimensional cosmos is actually energizing, vibrating, and oscillating the past, the present and the future! Yes, and if the astronomer had the capacity to understand from the inner plane of consciousness, he could discern this starlight as it would be manifest into the end of its time, or that he could see its beginnings equally well.

Yet, now as a man, and bound by the dogma of his present earth life, limited in his evolution and the knowledge he possesses, he sees only the terminating ends of energy waves which he calls light and which have been transformed objectively for this purpose, through the law, order and harmony which is Infinite Consciousness. This has been done through the aforementioned described processes, cosmic hysteresis and all that which it implies to create an earth world for an earthman, subjectively inclined in his limited evolution.”
